Bulan Puasa
Today marks the first day of the fasting month. Another month and i will be celebrating Hari Raya. Unfortunately, my 'O' Levels also falls on the same period thus i can't celebrate as much as i used to. However, it does not dampen my festive mood. Looking forward to Hari Raya, when i can collect money and probably save enough to buy the things i want.
More news regarding my prelims.. It's official, i only failed one subject which is Humanities. My English was quite disappointing, i managed to get a B4. Furthurmore, i got 64%. Another 1% and i will get a B3. Sigh, one percent really makes a lot of difference in terms of grade. I also pass my theory for Design and Technology, thus ensuring of getting atleast a B4 for prelims. Well, that is what Mr Yeo said to us. The whole class passed the theory except for Khairil. He probably has slacken down due to his soccer trainings and competition at Jakarta. But i'm sure his grades will bounce back up by 'O' Level.
Overall, the subjects which i need to improve on will be English, Humanities and Science. Science i have to score for Physics. I guess its time i start concentrating on Physics. I've been focusing too much on other subjects and as a result, my Physics dropped tremendously. As for Humanities, i have no other choice but to improve on both Social Studies and Geography. Recently, i 've been thinking of a method to answer the geography questions. I will probably test it out during revision to see if it is effective. If it isn't, then i will just use the method i did for my 'N' Level.
Nowadays, teachers have been pressuring students to study during this last month. It's true though that 'O' Level is just a month away. There is even night self-study for the students from 7pm - 9pm. If my house is near the school then i might consider coming however due to the long distance from my house and my laziness, i'm not going. Besides, i have tuition everyday from 3pm-6.30pm although it just focuses on 2 subjects, Maths and Chemistry.
P.S~ I do not know my total points yet. Therefore i will post it immediately after i receive them. And for all my Muslim friends, Selamat Berpuasa!
