Enough is enough
Singapore's 40th birthday was celebrated yesterday. The event was memorable, fun, exciting and it showcase the national pride which Singaporeans have towards their country. Almost all of my MSN friends used 'Happy Birthday Singapore' in their nick except me.
Well, i'm really proud that Singapore is celebrating its 40th National Day because of the public holidays which means no school. But that's it. I didn't watch the National Day Parade at television because i've already seen it during the preview. Watching it again would be like a repeat telecast. However my grandma watch it. Whenever the television is in motion, so is her mouth. She keeps rattling on about the parade being different when everything was in fact the same. What's different would probably be weather which is dry compared to the preview when it was kinda wet. Finally, i could not stand it any longer thus i went to my room and did my maths paper.
