Aftermath
There comes a time in everyone's life when all you can see are the years passing by. Usually, that time is when we are experiencing old age. Just now on television, i had a glimpse of the NKF Charity show. Yeah the recent spate of NKF complaints regarding the Ex-Chairman has certainly made most Singaporeans think twice before donating. But after seeing one old lady who is suffering from Leg cancer, a question pops out of my head. Where is her son or daughter?
The irony of life as it is. We blame other people for their greed when there are others who are being unfilial towards their parents. At anytime of the day, if i were a judge and i'm supposed to execute either an unfilial son or a greedy person, i will execute the unfilial son no question ask.
With that said, today's tournament was a disaster. Firstly, my team of 7 onli comprises of defenders and midfielders. Secondly, the open category players are so damn tall till i look like hobbit opposite human beings. So, as a result, we drew 4 games and lost one. Its considered quite an achievement considering the fact that we were branded as the 'lousiest' team at first glance. Well, in this case, size doesn't matter.
Last friday, i had my sports day heats. Came in 4th for 1500m, and 2nd for 4X100m heats 1. It was okay, kinda overexert myself. End up feeling dizzy, Asmar helped me abit. Thanks Wiwid! Your help was mych appreciated.
