School holidays? Not on my list
The June School Holidays usually means a month of rest from school work and a time when we spent time with our friends by hanging out together and do stuff. Unfortunately, i just got to put away the word'Holiday' from my list of itinery this year cause there sure isn't one until the 'O' level exams are over.
This week is actually the first week of holidays, however i still have lessons. That's not just it, the lessons is extended till 4pm everyday except Fridays! I'm better off having ordinary school hours rather than the 'June Holidays Intensive Programme'. Atleast i'm able to sleep in the afternoon. Luckily it last for only two weeks of the June Holidays and next week is the 2nd week. After that is holiday and a bit of school homework.
Tommorrow i will be having a performance at Taman Warisan, the grand opening of Kampung Glam. Gonna be reallie great, having groups from the the Asian Region performing. Groups from Malaysia, Brunei and other countries are going to be there as well. Performance starts at around 5pm. Its the first time that i will be performing without going for training. I'll just perform tomorrow.
Very excited bout the performance. Hope i won't cock up. The gamelan will be playing their award-winning pieces, Ambangan and Rampak Ladrang. Then the SNO will be playing songs like Romo Ono Maling, Keroncong untuk Ana, Under the Boardwalk and Ladrang Warisan. Songs such as Cenderawasih, Seksa and Forest Gump maybe we will play, depends on the time given. Okies then, gtg. I will definitely post bout the events happening tmr. If nt by tmr nite, den on monday.
