--Rumours--
Rumours... If there is a suitable definition that defines the word, Rumour. In my opinion, a suitable definition would be; Rumours are like diseases, contagious but not fatal. Usually people would stay away from this 'disease' but instead, they accept it. They are willing to be infected by this disease and those infected are known as 'gossip starters'.
Gossips and Rumours. Two different words with the same meaning. Like any infectious and contagious disease, they spread quickly. People spread these false rumours to friends and their friends end up telling their other friends and then their other friends end up telling more friends and the cycle just keep continuing. And before you know it, the whole school will know about the rumour. But remember, it is just a rumour. It is not deemed true but then, why do people believe in these rumours easily even though they know it is just a gossip and the chances of that gossip being true is 10-1???
Issit for the fun of it? To pass time?? Or to make life ever more thrilling and exciting???
In a school located at Pasir Ris drive 10.. From an aerial view, the school is very distinct and its colours are very striking. In other words, look for the school which has the colours of a circus.. Then you will know which school i'm referring to. By the way; Although the school look like a circus, it does not train acrobats and clowns okies. It just look like a circus but the students there are REAL teenagers who are forced to go to school and go through an entire day of stress and unforseen problems. Niwaes, the school is a real pioneer when it comes to rumours. A fresh rumour can spread the entire school easily. For example; a rumour about a boy liking a girl which started just before school start, lets say around 7.20am... Can spread to about half the school or alteast, one secondary level by recess time. And recess time starts at 10am. Take note that the students are in their classes.. Either studying, sleeping or day dreaming.
Believe me, i myself wasn't spared from it. For 5 years, my 'beloved' friends; Ashaari and Raziz.. Has been spreading rumours about me and the very least, about 20% of the school population knows about it. Know i concede, girls are not the only ones who likes to gossip. :p
I don't gossip nor spread rumours. Believe or not its true. I do make comments about others, but the comments are all true. Below are a list of those people whom i have commented and they are all true. Don't believe me? Try asking them...
[Norman Hafiz] - ADHD boy, likes to jump around and always irritate me by moving around and talking non-stop. The only student who has scored higher than me in English Composition, but once only! Has a crush on a girl, yet till today, never actually talk to her! (",)
[Ashaari] - Mildly handicapped boy who likes to joke around. My good friend and classmate of 4 years.. Thinks he is similar to Tom Welling, in what way, shape or from i seriously dunnoe.
[Nadiah] - Timid girl yet open-minded. Think she is like one of the 'big' girls cause she just reach 17. Well, her height actually contradicts with her age if you know what i mean.. DWARF!!! Still, a great girl and has improve alot during these past few years.
[Raziz] - Tall person who keeps getting taller and taller. Irritating to know that i'm now in sec 5, yet my height is actually the same as his when he was in sec 1! Not to say im short, just that he is so freaking tall.. My classmate throughout my years in Siglap, we both know what we are thinking. Especially when joking around, hehehx
[Sufian] - Short person who always think he is tall. Very fast, and talented in soccer. Better than me? MAYBE, does not mean i concede that your better than me. Bluek!
Well, i could continue but the list would go on and on and on. So, the others... Just keep the comments to myself and those who already know bout it. These are just a few of them whom are worthy of being listed down in my blog.. kUdOs TO Y'ALL!!! You have make my life hell, yet fun, enjoyable and memorable.. Hahahx
